Losing (or breaking) our smartphone can be a nightmare, but we can take some of the sting out of it by making sure we know how to regularly back up our Android devices in case the worst happens.
Also, with the release of Android 7.0 Nougat, now is the perfect time to make sure you have a backup of your Android smartphone or tablet. This means if you upgrade to Android 7.0 and something goes wrong - or you just don't like the new OS, then you can easily get your Android device back to the way it was before the upgrade.
