Solution To "MobileOcr Or Cat Studio Have Stopped Working" On Tecno Phones

                    During my tecno days I did experience lots of issues on my tecno device. One of such issues include this cat studio or mobile care
                      
 always popping up on my screen and this disgust me a lot because
most times it ends up stopping most of the applications I am currently running or quitting my current downloads. I tried several means of stopping this until I got a perfect solution.
           During my research on google, I found out that most tecno users are usually confronted with similar issue and it seems as if there is no possible solution yet..

Solution To "Mobile Cr Or Cat Studio Have Stopped Working" On Tecno Phones

This is actually how I finally stopped this problem on my tecno p5.
First,
I had to format/wipe my tecno device after backing up my applications using APK extractor. (you can download this application on google play store).  Once you have this application installed on your phone, you open it.. It displays a list of applications currently installed on your phone..

EXTRACTION PROCESS
 To extract them you just need to tap on any of the application you wish to save the raw file. This application saves the raw file to a folder labeled APK EXTRACTOR found in your file manager..

FORMATTING PROCESS
       Now is the right time to format your phone since you have the raw files of your applications already backed up in your file manager..
       Switch of your tecno phone and press the volume up key plus the power key together until the screen displays something like this..

Use your volume down key to scroll down to wipe data and click on the Volume up key to execute the process.. Once you are done formatting locate the reboot system and click on it using the volume up key...This will reboot your tecno phone to the normal background..
              Go to  SETTINGS --APPS--ALL. and locate mobile care and cat studio. click on each of them, click on force stop and finally click on disable. Do so for any other application that keeps on popping up  e.g measure

Thats all. you are now free from that pop up message...
